Monday blues got you down? Here is how to kick it's butt.
Make a productive, realistic list at the start of the week.
Whether it is Sunday evening or Monday morning. Sit down with no distractions, just you and your list. Then write up everything you plan to do this week. Make sure the list is realistic. Do not put down things on the list you know you will not get to that week. Even if it is just simple things like: "Stop at the post office and get stamps!" this is simple and writing it down will help make it seem less over whelming. If you feel over whelmed writing things down on your list, break it down. Instead of "Go shopping" put "Get strawberries this week." Specific tasks will make it seem very less over whelming as well.
Routines are SO important.
I know that morning and night time routines seem so over done now a days on social media. BUT have a routine can get you out of bed, and in bed at a decent time at night. My morning routine has really effected me in a good way on work and school mornings. I tell myself, just wash your face, brush your teeth, etc. Telling myself to do these things step by step gets me out of bed and ready for the day!
Keep Your Space Clean and Organized.
I am such a hypocrite when it comes to this, my space is always so messy. But I have learned that when my space is somewhat organized, it keeps me in a good, motivated mood throughout the whole week. Do not let your space get as messy as mine though, or else you will never find motivation.
