A guide to help you when you feel worthless, useless, or just plain dull.
Feeling bored and unambitious is probably my least favorite feeling. I feel so lazy, and bored. So what can you do when you have this awful feeling? When I have these feelings, I usually call it a funk. So, I guess I should say, how do we get out of this funk?
Clear Your Mind
Clearing your mind is something that sounds so simple, yet it can get very complicated. You never know how busy your mind can get until you take a second to clear it out. Here are a few ways I personally clear my mind:
-Baths and face-masks
Light a candle or two and work on relaxing!
-Take an hour with nature
Go take a walk. Go take a drive. Do it in silence, or do it with your favorite playlist.
-Silence Is Golden
It is so simple, but sitting in silence, or taking a nap could help you clear your head a lot.
Focus On Your End Goals
Whatever your end goals are, whether they are small or big. Sometimes they are the only thing that can help you and keep you going. And if you aren't sure what your end goals are, whip out a notepad and start jotting down goals! You got this.
Now, I only listed a few, simple things for a reason! Getting out of a funk can seem hard, but once you try things simple, you may find it to be easier done! You are all amazing.
